On 27 March 2025, H.E. Miss Warunee Pan-krajang, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Sultanate of Oman, hosted an Iftar/dinner of Thai food in honour of Dr. Salah bin Salim Jaboob, Deputy Chief of Protocol, the Foreign Ministry of Oman, to express appreciation for kind cooperation received since she took office, especially the preparation for H.E. Ambassador to present the Letters of Credence to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, protocol matters, and facilitating the Ambassador in paying courtesy calls on dignitaries and officials of Oman to discuss ways to enhance Thailand-Oman relations. Both sides also exchanged views on promoting comprehensive relations of the two countries. The Deputy Chief of Protocol also showed interest and extended his readiness to facilitate the Embassy in the protection of Thai nationals. Both sides also discussed activities the Embassy’s plans to organize this year.
