On Saturday 19^th October 2019, upon the invitation of Her Highness Sayyida  Alia bint Thuwaini Al Said, Madame Patcharin Kaewsook, wife of the Ambassador of Thailand, attended the celebration of Omani Women’s Day, together with spouses of the Ambassadors to the Sultanate of Oman. The Celebration of Women’s day at Imty Village, under the patronage of H.H. Sayyida Alia bint Thuwaini Al Said, the Artistic Cultural Tourism Project “Immortalizing the Archaeological Moment in Art” and the local community of Imty highlighted the revival of the beauty of the forgotten archaeological site. Imty village is situated about 110 km from Muscat. It is a historical and archaeological site, impressively built by stones and clay, and some constructions remain strong and has survived for many centuries. Diversity of cultures throughout the time and the creativity of Omani female artists were also presented in the colorful paintings at the archaeological Imty village.
