Before 28 July 2025, Thailand had earlier sent four letters to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCR), copies as attached.
