On Thursday 12th September 2019, Madam Patcharin Kaewsook, wife of the  Ambassador of Thailand to the Sultanate of Oman, together with  Ambassadors’ Wives Group (AWG) , were invited by Her Highness Sayyida HujaijaJaiferSaif Al Said, Chairwoman of Association for the welfare of the Handicapped Children, to pay a visit to the Head Center of the Association for the welfare of the Handicapped Children in Muscat, established since 1991 and currently there are 9 rehabilitation centers in Oman, absorbing 500 children suffering from mental disability, hearing impairment, motor disability and autism. The centers also prepare teaching curricula, organize programmes and a range of activities to educate children and qualify them for behavioral skills and academic capabilities.
